SCADAdial is an optional add-on product that gives SCADAview CSX voice dialing and messaging capabilities. It is available as a kit that includes both the necessary software and the voice modem hardware.
SCADAdial is capable of dialing and reading voice messages for any alarms that are generated by SCADAview CSX. Many common alarms have pre-recorded messages that can be used or operators can record their own special alarm messages. The system can also answer incoming calls and allow the user to read levels and discrete conditions by using a simple touch-tone menu system.
In addition to voice dialing, users can also be sent alarm messages using email or text.
